For heritage projects funded without public grants, you retain full exclusive rights to all 3D models, virtual tours, and documentation. Use them however you wish.

Can you guarantee our grant will be approved?

No. Grant approval depends on many factors including competition, available funds, and alignment with funder priorities. We provide technical documentation to strengthen your application, but cannot guarantee funding outcomes. Success rates for well-prepared heritage applications typically range from 30-50%.

Do you offer full grant writing services?

No. We provide technical documentation only. You're responsible for the grant narrative, heritage impact statements, community engagement plans, and application submission. We can recommend professional grant writers who specialise in heritage funding if you need comprehensive support.

What happens if our grant isn't successful?

You retain all technical documentation we've prepared and can use it for future applications or alternative fundraising efforts. Many successful applicants apply 2-3 times before receiving funding. Our documentation remains valid for resubmissions with minor updates.

How long does the grant application process take?

Typically 4-8 months total. Allow 1-2 months for application preparation (including our technical documentation), then 3-6 months for funder review. Some larger grants (£50k+) can take 6-12 months. Plan accordingly if your heritage project has time-sensitive elements.

Does the £750 technical documentation fee credit toward the full project?

No. The technical documentation package is a separate service that strengthens your grant application. If your grant is approved, you'll contract us for the complete 3D documentation work at our standard project rates (£3,000-£15,000+ depending on scope).

Do you work outside of London?

Yes! We work with heritage organisations throughout the UK. Travel costs for site visits and capture are included in project quotes. Technical documentation can be prepared remotely with initial site assessment via video call or photographs.
